Deposits:
A $300 deposit can be made to reserve a kitten. Deposits are accepted via PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay. Deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due at pickup. Cash is preferred.
Shipping:
We offer shipping or meet-ups for an additonal cost.
Vet Care:
Kittens will be vet checked and will receive 2 sets of vaccines and preventative wormer before they go home. They will come with a packet containing paperwork from the vet.
TIC Registered:
All parents are TICA registered. Kittens will be pre-registered and will come with appropriate paperwork.
Breeding Rights:
Breeding rights are only provided at request and will be an additional $1,000.

Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale
This agreement is between Mountain Mains, hereafter called the Breeder, with _________________________________, hereafter called the Buyer. The agreed purchase value at the time of this agreement is $________________________. Breeder will provide Buyer with a “Kitten Packet” that includes a true & correct copy of the kitten’s certified TICA registration, a history of kitten’s medical care & vaccinations while in Breeder’s care, & other relevant information. The Breeder has filled out the individual application for kitten to be registered with the TICA (LIMITED) in the name of Breeder. Buyer will be responsible for the transfer of the registration fee. Unlimited registration is an additional $500.
General Terms
1) Buyer agrees to agreement regarding kitten described above under the following conditions. NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE NEITHER EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIED.
2) Contract/agreement/warranties are only implied between the Breeder & the original Buyer, NOT to a third party.
3) As of the date of this agreement, kitten is believed to be in good health & free of communicable diseases. Kitten was seen by licensed veterinarian and was deemed healthy and free of disease.
4) The Breeder is not responsible for veterinary bills resulting from Buyer’s vet check or veterinary treatment of the kitten at any point once it has left the Breeder’s care/property.
5) There is no guarantee against giardia, coccidia, fleas, worms, ear mites, etc. due to Breeder having no control over said kitten’s NEW environment. The kitten was vaccinated at 8 weeks and must continue vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian. Please exercise caution until vaccinations are completed.
6) Buyer is encouraged to have the kitten examined by his or her own veterinarian. If the kitten is believed to be affected by a health condition, the Breeder has the right to request a second veterinary opinion including requesting kitten be seen by his or her own vet. The Buyer must provide to the Breeder proof of the examination & all diagnosis with all phone numbers & names of treating Veterinarians.
7) Breeder shall not be held responsible for the development of any future diseases or disorders. All expenses including proper care, veterinary fees, housing, or legal expenses & liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
8) Deposits are not refundable. Please note that all kitten sales are final unless a health issue is documented by a licensed veterinarian.
